I do not understand why I can get money to play in about 2 minutes but it takes days and days to get paid when I win.

On a general level we are under obligation to comply with various eCogra regulations plus our own internal banking regulations. Sometimes this means requesting documents upon withdrawal. We try and keep this process as simple and smooth as possible. The withdrawal time also depends on your payment option. Some banking methods have a longer waiting period but that is on their end. What she is asking is why do you take so long to pay people out? Answer they hope you will reverse the withdraw in 24 hours and continue playing. They should pay you out within 24 hours like poker sites (Poker Stars).

Just wanted to make other Canadians aware of possible issues with UKASH. I went into a store today, purchased a voucher, went to use it and it was declined. When I called UKASH customer service, I was told the burden of proof is on the customer, and that I have to scan the voucher and send a detailed email with no time frame for resolution. The UKASH customer service was unfriendly and unsympathetic. In my 3 phone calls to them today, I was given the incorrect customer service email address, and hung up on.

As one of VIP lounge's preferred deposit methods, this service is unacceptable, and customers of your casino should be advised against using them.

i dont receive my payout back to my Vip Skrill account for 15 days, from 21 march 2012. I have sent a lot of docs, i called allyoubet and jackpot factory and nothing. I am asked for passport but i dont have. i explained i live in an European Contry and i travel with my ID card if i wish, But i dont need to travel! Instead of passport, i have sent NATIONAL ID CARD, DRIVING LICENCE, bank statement as adress proof, Skrill screenoshots to see that i use my Own Skrill account ( a VIP one) . The finance department is a complete joke here, They have decided to lock my account permanantly due to "negative activity" which is a lie. The reason is the finance department didnt resolve my credit issues and have decided to lock my account so the problem goes away. I wont get any answers from support so whatever. KEEP MY MONEY ALL SCAM! i have a history of documents, emails and chat scripts to support this.
